Today I want to introduce you to the vegan vegetarian online cooking school by Angela Poch.
I decided to do the course cause I have never taken any cooking course so I thought it is time to do it. I searched to find the right course who is not that expensive and I found the offering very interesting.
The course is offered on Udemy a learning platform which offers different kinds of courses like detox, programming, music and so on. By the way you have long life access to the course!
There are different ways of payment and that investment is worth it!
The course has videos cookbooks and some bonus information for example about protein. I decided to book the course only with online material. If you want you can book the course with printed material and the DVD´s will be sent right to your home. I live overseas and I have no need in printed material.
Sometimes when I cook I also use my iPad it is very useful also when you wanna only read or watch a video. The Udemy app for the course is very helpful for me and till now I never had any problems.
Angela Poch vegan vegetarian cooking school is very good for beginners or professionals. I cook for 10 years now and even I learned from her videos. This course is very useful and helpful if you start a new diet or wanna eat more vegan or vegetarian dishes. You will even learn how to cook your own fitness bars so you know what is in it and that makes you feel very good.
These are my first easy buns and they have tasted great! But I had them too long in the oven so they look a bit dark. My oven is also new and I have to get used to it
You are now maybe wondering why I show you the easy buns! So in every cookbook or lesson you have to do an assignment. You can choose if you wanna do it only for yourself or send your assignment to Angela and after you finish all lessons and assignments you get your certificate. This is also the reason I am taking the course. I wanna get the certificate
This is my first Breakfast bar only a bit different from the recipe cause Idid not have the required fruits so I took peaches instead. This bar rocks! I made two of them and I took it also to work. They have much protein and tasting very yummy.
I am planning to do a series of my assignments and tell you what I have learned. This course is very awesome cause you learn to make even your own milk! So if you want to go vegan and you do not have enough money to buy milk or meat substitute you can make them on your own!
